QHSE Policy
Advanced Chemicals specializes in manufacturing specialty chemicals used mainly in oilfields and other industrial applications. Our top priority is ensuring total customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and services that meet all stakeholders’ requirements, including employees, suppliers, shareholders, and the general public. The General Manager is responsible for implementing this policy.
To maintain our quality standards, we continuously monitor our manufacturing process to ensure we produce high-quality products at globally competitive prices while providing excellent customer service, technical innovations, and efficient performance. Additionally, we conduct our activities sustainably, using appropriate resources that comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and requirements.
We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact by efficiently using energy, reducing waste and emissions, preventing pollution, and protecting the environment. We also prioritize providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
To achieve these goals, we establish QHSE objectives, regularly review our performance, and continuously improve our integrated management systems. We ensure our employees receive proper training, supervision, and instructions to understand their specific roles and responsibilities in achieving our policy. We also consult and involve workers in all efforts to eliminate hazards and reduce risks.
Periodic management system audits help us monitor the effectiveness of our management strategy and identify areas that require improvement. We continue to implement, maintain, and improve integrated management systems that satisfy all applicable requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
We believe that cooperation, consultation, and participation from all employees, including contractors and sub-contractors, are essential to support and sustain our integrated management systems.
OHS Policy
At Advanced Chemicals, the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders and preserving the environment for future generations are paramount. To ensure this, we have established an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy that outlines our commitment and objectives.
We aim to identify and manage all OSH hazards and risks to prevent incidents, occupational health issues, and illnesses, including injuries to employees and those on our premises. We also strive to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards while promoting our “duty of care” in all operations.
To achieve these objectives, we have implemented a documented OSH Management System that meets the OSHAD-SF standards. We regularly review our performance against our OSH objectives to ensure continuous improvement.
We provide appropriate OSH resources to all employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders. We also ensure the efficient use of energy and resources, reduce waste to prevent pollution, and minimize our environmental impact in all operations.
Our OSH Policy is communicated to all employees and interested parties. We consult with employees on health and safety matters and provide relevant OSH training. All employees must comply with our policies and procedures.
